They're just doing performative politics to stir up their base to make it look like they're doing something with "the swamp."  Also trying to get back at all the stuff they put Trump through. Instead of working on things to help the economy and looking at the main issues Americans talked about at midterm exit polls, they're going go after Biden and anything related to him. Literally nothing will get done these next 2 years.

Democrats have been kind of slaying at the local level lately, which is weird because they did nothing but FLOP spectacularly when Obama was president. The 2022 Midterms were more impressive for the party than any election during the Obama era other than 2008
