She just needs to get good streaming playlist, film the music video and do some performances, if they choose the right single and does all of that then everything will be good.

Understand where you’re coming from but that was four years ago. The music landscape, especially ingestion of music itself, has changed significantly since those days. People will tune into Gaga because it is Gaga but the scale in which people return to her is thinning.
