Besties are y'all okay, we have been expecting this for months now. BTW era reshaped her career and impacted so many of us, whereas the ARTPOP era almost promoted her to retire. It's a no brainer that she didn't want to go back to that era and revisit the scrapped music, it was a traumatic era for her. Calm down. 

 

Edit: though I still hate how cash grabby she has been lately. It's not a celebration of an album if it's overpriced merch that is fattening your bank account.

The thing is without her lifting a finger we could've had way more if just there was a team working on proper merchandise, design, bare promotion, basic interacting/engaging.
A color vinyl variant was essential to me in the way that it should've be so foregone and basic, I mean what kept them from doing it? A blue cassette, a USB, all things that are already been done and that in my opinion were mandatory for this event. We knew new content wasn't coming so why not doing an alternate cover CD+vinyl+cassette (exactly like BTW minus reimagined). They want our money and it's fine but make it worth, work for that money. Seems like Bobby is in a basement making those t-shirts...

I hate to bring Taylor up but the first thing that comes to my mind is Taylor Nation and that it's exacly what Gaga needs if she wants to sleep, meditate and act in between eras
