Gaga just needs LG7 to debut a bit higher than 30M (excluding DWAS). That seems feasible even if LG7 underperforms and/or is smaller than expected. Like 10 tracks doing a bit more than 3M average would be enough.

I'm really excited to see what kinda promo they will do to make people aware she had a new album coming up. We will have the Gagacabana announcement, probably good playlisting (they finally learned how to do it), Grammys, but what else? Magazine covers? New performances?

Jokes and fan expectations aside, am I crazy to think it would be incredibly strange, short-sighted, and downright foolish not to address LG7 and DWAS during these days?

 

Some might say, "Trust the process," but honestly, this "process" sucks

 

They included DWAS on the album because of its success, so it's commercially essential to make the general public aware that DWAS is part of LG7—right now, almost no one knows. Staying silent months ago might have been understandable (barely), but with the album dropping in just 38 days (if it's coming on Valentine's Day) or 45 days (if it's coming on the 21st), the lack of communication feels downright bizarre.

 

Considering the rollout from a logical POV there's no good excuse for being this detached from the project. She doesn't even need to do much—just get an intern to post a random selfie or something. She was more active during her pharmaceutical phase
