Just a funfact i wanna share with the fandom since y'all know camila's the only artist i get to hear some exclusive and early stuff sometimes and share some infos.

 

Camila got invited to be part of that "Con Calma (Remix)" song Daddy Yankee released with Katy Perry back in 2019, she actually received an early katy demo from them to be part of the remix along with katy, she declined due to romance's rollout.

Idk about release date schedules and stuff, what i know is about the features like i shared before and that i heard some sessions of the album, produced by el guincho.

 

the songs i heard (3 of them are meant to be on the album yet) have a lot of elements wich reminds me of ROSALÍA's album's productions, but in english ofc. 

just the way the songs were constructed and produced reminded me of some elements from rosalía's albums, at least the ones el guincho is facing.

In this context, about elements that remind me of ROSALÍA's productions, there is a lyrically romantic song that has some elements very similar to "pienso en tu mirá", it would be the English pop variant of en tu mirá in my view. even the melody between the verses can remind you of the song.

Honestly, it’s becoming exhausting at this point.

Her team is losing the timing. That Instagram post of her teasing the single, talking about Miami, wearing that cool red outfit in a water car was pretty iconic and got people hyped.

 

Now it feels like the momentum has passed. It’s not like she’s a established A-list artist that will keep people interested if she disappears for a while. She still has a lot to prove for the gp, unfortunately.

She’s been in the studio for almost 2 years. Unless this is a really conceptual album (which is not, based on what people described it), there’s no excuse for this delay.
