Considering they were on the ball with BMS they’re clearly not as dumb as it sometimes seems. They've ALWAYS been on it. Who TF you think rushed EIL yo Spotify hshshsh she's just a virgo and they kinda are a bit OFF in their heads. Look up their characteristics and look how she's handled her career since being "in charge" she's so unbelievably talented and artistic but she is NOT a project manager so why is she trying so hard to prove she is? And she's stubborn and if anyone challenges her she'll go even HARDER. Watch she start HEAVY promo around Grammy voting season shshshshs
Rotunda Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 My favorite part of the album is definitely when you hear the song titles referenced in other tracks

She's gonna go ALL.THE.WAY Honestly they handled BMS flawlessly, the timing was impeccable. She used to release the single 6 weeks before the album and it worked. She hit #1 with both the album and song. Plus the small remixes which I didn’t think would help but it gave her an extra week at #1. Now if she would have released the video it would have been a stronger #1. She did it the traditional way, as opposed to a huge debut then free fall. I would love for her to do all the schemes for a quick #1 and she can, he’ll she could have discounted it and done the music video at the beginning of the 3rd week. For Cuff It, sending it to radio is the right thing, let it grow this month. Hopefully radio keeps pushing it. It’s viral so hopefully it stays that way. Another viral acknowledgment or her doing a dance would help. Heck just release some footage of people going crazy at one of her parties. How many parties has she had now? Ones she attended, 3?
Space&Time Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 If she did the Cuff It challenge that would shake things a bit

Iaintsorry Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 The cover actually looks so iconic. Maybe even her most iconic ever along with self titled

They literally did the bare minimum. She just lucked out there was anticipation for her comeback. Cuff It don’t have the same hype

A true and reliable century old label >>> our stubborn auntie I’m glad they’re coming through, they gave Adele and Harry Styles amazing pushes, don’t overthink it, just let them do their job.

No label no spins. They knew exactly how long it would take for spins to grow, Im surprised she agreed to it though. Cuff It is a much better song, not as formulated, still catchy and just puts people at ease to enjoy. It went viral on its own and now forcing her and the label to push it. They can create hype with a video.

Draper. Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 I’m honestly more worried about the rollouts for act ii and iii than whatever happens with Renaissance. Like we know there’s a tour and a visual for it and people already like the music. Cuff It is gonna be a hit and it could hit top 10 in the US in just two weeks. But I’m scared if the other acts are sonically similar but not at the same level (folklore-evermore situation) or Cuff It smashes and completely overshadows the singles from the other acts (After Hours-Dawn FM situation). I like the three part rollout of a project, but it’s proven to be certainly tricky to make it actually work…

Lose My Breath Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 Columbia is going to make absolutely sure Cuff It is a radio hit.

Columbia has showed the absolute **** out this year but Grammy campaigning is gonna suck because they have 3 shoe-ins for AOTY. So who would you push if you were an exec? A. The Beyonce comeback album that breaks the internet, causes global conversation and controversy AND has multiple smash hits, leading to a proper Susan Lucci moment. B. The Harry Styles smash hit album that has the biggest hit of the year, biggest opening of the year, biggest media campaign of the year AND hits every mark culturally and critically. A perfect Grammy moment. C. Adele's comeback album that smashed hard but ultimately didn't hit the zeitgeist, didn't push any needles artistically AND it didn't become the sales savior they thought. I would say the first option is the most logical especially with Harvey Mason truly and genuinely understanding how they ****** up the academy's reputation. I've honestly never been more excited for a Grammy night. I'm ready for Rennie to GALLOP all over the nominees and I want her to be SO nonchalant when she wins.
Carla Rosón Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 So this music festival in NZ is apparently announcing this week the second major headliner for their 2023 set, which lines up with the rumoured tour announcement. https://missionconcert.co.nz/
Scorp Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 Is it appropriate to say the ONLY fuckup in Bey's career is Chloe's solo debut rollout hshshshshshsjs the way Beyonce was like Pai Mei to her and she still hasn't quite connected is a discourse worthy
simon Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 (edited) So guys - they have the Apple Music awards and I think the winners are gonna be: Artist of the Year: Beyonce or Bad Bunny Album of the Year: Beyoncé or Bad Bunny Song of the Year: Harry Styles New Artist of the Year: Steve Lacey That would be another push but I feel she will win an award! It'll probably go to Bad Bunny considering they like to have photoshoots and video interviews for them. Knowing Bey she's not gonna do that
