Bey is such a cultural "thing", that it's easy engagement/reach for those of them that indulge. I notice Netlix's 'Strong Black' accounts in particular are like Bey stan pages. Amazon, of course, have been going in for their merch collab. Watch the visuals end up dropping on the ones that have ironically been on mute about her like Apple TV or Peacock lol.

Draper. Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 I'm only taking Netflix, Prime or HBO. International release. Anything else would be a joke. 5

Blue Rose Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 I know mishaps happen but last night should be the final straw and she needs to fire her sound engineer. It’s too many malfunctions in a very short amount of time. They are just very unreliable atp. They have an entire week to find a replacement. 5 1

I don’t remember the other tours having so many audio problems. 2
satellites.™ Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 Imagine Work It Out was the lead single from Act II with the same video, but it was new to us.

No shade but unless you have expertise on the matter, I wouldn't do too much on demanding the "sound engineer" be fired Probably there is not a world tour that doesn't have a few mishaps happen. Firing people only makes sense if their replacements are better, but things happen: Equipment misbehaves, tech malfunctions... Maybe someone (not necessarily the sound engineer) needs to be fired, maybe not Edited September 5, 2023 by Otter 1 3
ShouldersSideways Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 (edited) I don't think anything seems to be happening more or less than it does with other artists. Tours of this scale are bound to have semi-regular issues. You're literally just plugging your own stuff in to someone else's equipment after hauling it from country to country As long as the horse doesn't snap one day and kill everyone underneath her things are fine Edited September 5, 2023 by ShouldersSideways 1 12

I know they test it in rehearsal but it's still kinda scary to think. really curious how heavy reneigh is — maybe she is lighter than she looks. not inflated-light, but at least could be hollow on the inside.
ScorpiosGroove Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 can we please not post videos of that thing in here i’m all for dragging ha ass but we really don’t need to see visual examples 1 5

Maybe someone (not necessarily the sound engineer) needs to be fired, maybe not You don’t need to be an expert to know that someone sucks at their job. Like I said mishaps happen but there has to be a limit. We just missed out on two iconic performances. That’s a good reason to find a replacement. People grt fired for way less 1

Hallad173 Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 Ya know, I’m surprised I’m not seeing the blogs really pick up on Diana Ross and Beys speech last night.

Mitsouko Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 The last thing I'm hoping for is that she says something useful at the final show . If not "thank you Hive for partying with me and for waiting so patiently for the next phase of the Renaissance" or whatever, then at least a real hint this time, a clue that can actually be used to reveal information She's gotta give us something after 14 months

kimberly Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 well, someone from Parkwood booked NPR Tiny Desk... 3 1
AxelFox Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 Regardless of anything happening after the tour ends, the 'era' is already a huge dissappointment that cannot be salvaged for one reason alone: we've had no televised performances. Nothing to look back on over the years like we do with the VMA medleys, the superbowl performances etc. Sure we've had the tour and she might or might not release a concert special, but we all know award show performances and tour performances are not the same thing. It sting. It stings a lot that she would release such a joyful and celebratory record but turn this into such a sour experience. 6
ShouldersSideways Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 Yeah if no televised performances is the norm now I'm really upset by that. Happy for her that she's found the perfect place to settle in her career to have happiness and success, but it's really a shame woldwide fans and fans without the means to see the tour don't get anything now. 3 2
