Danity Kane Drama: Aundrea & D.Woods vs Aubrey, Shannon & Dawn
Yeah, I'm confused as to why she thinks she can talk crazy about people and they just going to be okay with it.

Danity Kane Drama: Aundrea & D.Woods vs Aubrey, Shannon & Dawn
TBH, Shannon gets called the least problematic, but she's just as problematic as Aundrea. She sat right next to Aubrey and made that happy birthday video to Dawn on her birthday knowing that they just leaked the story about Dawn punching Aubrey to TMZ THAT SAME DAY. And yes, they leaked the story. Danity Kane is not popular enough that TMZ would seek that information out or that a random person would report it. She refused to appear on camera during the final season of making the band during the original DK3's club appearance, so she's just as much of a "quitter" as people label Aundrea to be. Aundrea waited out every season until she was fired. She's technically the longest running making the band cast member. Shannon quit before her. I'm happy that she's moved on and found better business ventures, but she was cool with Aubrey's antics until she found better ventures.

Danity Kane Drama: Aundrea & D.Woods vs Aubrey, Shannon & Dawn
Exactly. She runs with whatever narrative fits her at the time. Just like she attaches herself to whichever member is most convenient at the time. The fans usually let her run with it and eat it up, which is why she has done it for over a decade. She was perfectly fine with everyone reuniting without other members until she was the member left out and TBH she wasn't even left out. She was the one that booked the show and then decided to back out. In the press release, D. Woods and Aundrea said that any member was welcome to come back.

Danity Kane Drama: Aundrea & D.Woods vs Aubrey, Shannon & Dawn
Notice how a fan was the person that posted this and tagged her in it. Her parasocial relationships with the fans is another reason why she can't ever take accountability, because they will never tell her she's wrong since they like having access to her online. Even to the point that they slander other members in favor of her. Like when that guy that runs her fan page was making all kinds of crazy posts about Dawn after the podcasts with Que and D Woods. I watched the interview and Laurieann was randomly asked about them. She didn't bring them up. She also didn't deny that a Aubrey IS a star. She's also never been one to bite her tongue. Like someone else said, if someone is always the victim in every story and never did anything wrong, they might be the problem. When the first breakup happened I thought Aubrey was wrongfully fired (and still do). Everything after that she has contributed to. She takes credit for being in every iteration of the group, but every time they reunite she has a falling out with someone. Then according to her it's always someone mistreating her, she never played a part. I know most of this has been said already, but it's just unreal that her fans don't ever tell her that enough is enough.

Danity Kane Drama: Aundrea & D.Woods vs Aubrey, Shannon & Dawn
I'm with D. Woods on this. It BEEN hasn't been all 5 and all 5 is probably never going to happen. I guess whoever shows up is who shows up (and they can't expect fans to care). I lost hope in all 5 happening in 2014.

Danity Kane Drama: Aundrea & D.Woods vs Aubrey, Shannon & Dawn
I already know that Aubrey is going to hop on Twitter and do what she always does in response to this, but if we're being honest Laurieann isn't lying. Not even just in reference to Aubrey, but in reference to all of the members. The truth is they were never on the same page and as much as the blame is placed on the people that created the group, the real problem lies within the group. They all want different things and it becomes apparent every time they reunite. 20 years later we can't keep blaming everybody but them and making excuses about how they need to heal and they went through trauma. Day26 has been touring on again and off again for over a decade with a fraction of the drama (publicly at least) and their experience was almost identical. Obviously, there were some differences between their experiences and women experience things differently than men in the entertainment industry, but the excuses for them have to stop. They just don't want the same thing as a group and they don't like one another. It's that simple.

Danity Kane Drama: Aundrea & D.Woods vs Aubrey, Shannon & Dawn
The group has sold merch as different iterations before, so I'm not sure why it's such a big deal to her now. She claimed that the other iterations of Danity Kane never used the group name, and that's simply not true. DK3's album was released under the Danity Kane name. The 2018 tour with Her, Dawn, she Shannon was marketed and promoted under the Danity Kane name with multiple press appearances as Danity Kane. The "Strawberry Milk" project was released under the Danity Kane name on DSPs. The only time they never really used the name was Dumblonde, which was a whole new group with a new sound, creating new music with a new concept. That's not the same a two original members of a group reuniting and performing old songs. The same old songs they were singing a few months ago as 3 members, still using the group's name without Dawn and Shannon (and she was fine with it). It's hypocrisy. This performance was just as good as the performances the 3 of them did together a few months ago, when they were marketing it as the group in a way we've "never seen" them before. I haven't seen her performance yet, but it better be flawless the way she's talking. Btw, she threw in the fact that she was negotiating this performance before they took over. Again, it seems like she's mad that she doesn't get to run everything.

Exactly. This is the first time that the group has sang fully live since 2014. The 2014 and 2018 DK3 versions lip synced a ton of vocals. On top of the fact that this is how they always sounded singing Damaged. The live vocals on that song almost NEVER matched the studio version even with all 5 members. Idk what Aundrea was doing on that second hook (and I love her), but aside from that they sounded fine. Again, people just want something to complain about, cause the last few tours with 3 members had a lot of questionable outfit choices, vocals that were pre recorded to the point that it was so noticable and didn't blend with their real voices, and choreography that didn't even warrant lip syncing.

Danity Kane Drama: Aundrea & D.Woods vs Aubrey, Shannon & Dawn
Aundrea and D. Woods already stated that this performance was just an extension of the tour that they had already agreed to, but that Aubrey backed out of it. They never went on record to say they're going to continue the group without the other members and I don't think they plan to. Aubrey refuted the claims, but their version of the story makes more sense. It seems more like Aubrey didn't like the way things were going on the tour and decided not to sign on for this festival date. The narrative that they edged her out could be true, but I think the truth is moreso somewhere in the middle and Aubrey used this opportunity to point fingers. With that being said, their performance was great in my opinion. The mics were on and they sounded better than they did on tour. The choreography wasn't anything exciting, but they hit their steps, were in sync, and had great chemistry. People are never going to be fully satisfied without all 5 members, so someone will always have something to say about any iteration of the group. I'll take "boring" with great vocals and solid performances over "interesting" with lip syncing and choreography that distracts from the vocals (with a bunch of cat fighting on the side).
