Hopefully these are demos because they have a lot of potential, and with some polishing these songs could be absolutely excellent! I will admit the post-chorus 'drop' in Near or Far is a little rough in this leaked version. Habits of Creatures is pretty fantastic though.

Wait so I guess the final song revealed (the one that is unknown currently/#24) will probably be the lead single? And thus the lead single is almost definitely gonna be a night song? Edit: Wait actually it might just be the title track. In that case, could see a double lead for each side

Unfortunately I can see this happening but hopefully it's not the lead single at least. In a recent interview, Carly said she wants to be remembered as a songwriter. The ice cream metaphor in the song is so clunky and the song as a whole would be detrimental to this goal imo. Literally every other song teased (and some scrapped) has more promise in terms of lyricism.

On instagram Dev liked the postcard for 'Never let a good thing die'. Even if he's not on that song, I think he'll be on the album in some capacity

Cupids bow is wrong but I think the rest are right. Sounds really cohesive and extremely promising. I expect the singles to sound much better in the context of the album too.
