Ok so after sitting with this album for a bit and after a few listens I have some thoughts I don't think this album is for me and is probably in the bottom half of her work. The writing feels clunky, a lot of the melodies and soundscapes on the album feel like retreads for her. I was a huge jack apologist and didn't understand people dragging his work on midnights because I thought there were new sounds on their work there but I feel like she needs new collaborators. I do think side B is better but even it isn't hitting the way folkmore did. I feel like a lot of this album needs editing and more time. It kind of reminds me of Drake coming off of views where he just started churning out music. I am actually shocked the critics seem to be eating this up because I thought they would feel the same. I wish they weren't cuz if anything Taylor listens to them and I feel like she needs to take a break or try something different. For the other swifities who are enjoying this I am glad y'all are but I don't understand the comments stating it's her best work cuz I do not think it is at all So far the stand outs are: Down Bad Guilty as Sin Florida!!! The Alchemy So High School The rest just exist for me. Anyways, this album is gonna be huge and the biggest of her careers so my feelings on it are irrelevant

So after listening to the whole album it's a mixed bag. I'd say 75% of the TV's are just as good or better but the rest are just not good so I'm probably gonna stick with SV for those. Really worried about Rep tho...

The I I I I's on IKP are bad, but the rest of it is perfect tbh

So far the only one that's butchered is Style TV.... Not my fav 😭
