    Agreed - if labels had known, I bet she would've received some pretty great offers. Her talk show gets 1 million+ viewers daily and she has viral live performances regularly. It seems like in today's fractured media landscape, she would be a great asset to any label, so I'm thinking this was her decision.

    To anyone who is more knowledgeable: Are we able to tell from those filings if it's a subsidiary of a different label/has a distribution deal? I wonder when/if we'll get a more official announcement!
