The cover is a photoshopped photo of her in the same pose to give off the statue look, from the album photoshoot used in gatefold picture in the vinyl. The actual sculpture that was created for ARTPOP does not look as picture perfect like that

From what I can gather: 1. It's not a cut from the music video final edit, it's singular camera shots which they will use "cuts" from for when they cut between scenes or do close ups etc. You can see her focusing on face choreo for this reason and a weird dot that doesn't move in the first part of the video. This seems to line up with someone saying these came from someone on set. 2. Lyrics "can I keep on, Dancin' until I'm dead, Dancin' until I'm dead, I'm dancing until I'm dead, yeah I'll keep on dancing until I'm dead". 3. "When you killed me inside that's when I came alive, yeah the music's gonna bring me back from death"
