  1. I actually really like him a lot (and his songs that are more poppier) but Holiday did flop and it was supposed to be on his album. You don't get a football ad spot teaser for an expensive music video of a one-off holiday single from a then one-hit wonder. LIL NAS X MAKES HIS HIGHLY ANTICIPATED RETURN WITH NEW SINGLE AND VIDEO FOR “HOLIDAY” – Sony Music Canada Lil Nas X: 'At first I felt a sense of responsibility. But now I just don't care' | British GQ (gq-magazine.co.uk) I think Down Souf Hoes or even that Vitamin Water ad song would've been a safer hit than LTDP imo.
  2. I think they filed all the new Haus Labs rebranding trademarks under Innovate90245. Seems like they've been planning this since this time last year. Innovate90245 Trademarks - Justia Trademarks
  3. Home - Ladygaga (livenation.co.jp) The Japan dates include a forced donation fee of 100 yen to her foundation. Get money, *****. UMG Brazil would probably have to write a fat check to the BTW Foundation in order to get her to perform in Brazil.
  4. If Paramount is following the same promo schedule as some of their other recent movies with a big single, I think HMH should come out 2 weeks before the movie, May 13th. Sonic 2, Paw Patrol's songs all came out 2 weeks before the movie. But Sonic 1 had their song come out 3 weeks before and Clifford the Big Red Dog's song came out a week before.
  5. Is Columbia Records allergic to producing physical albums? Lil Nas X is definitely capable of selling physical albums. Even Lil Huddy whose album that came out this week will tank but has CDs available and cassettes for preorder. Tony Bennett is on Columbia but it's UMG/Interscope that's making and selling the actual physical album.
