  1. Please. It wasnt top 40 on US Spotify or AM before December Christmas and was well below many non-christmas songs in December. Its actually currently #117 on US AM and only 4 Christmas songs are above it. And the using 8+ year old songs as examples. Its not 2011 anymore. Spamming your song on the radio and placing it at the top of playlists is not organic. People are not choosing to listen to it, it is literally being shoved down their throats.
  2. There will be more than 10 non-christmas songs above it so no it wouldnt have stayed top 10
  3. uk chart company will be making the french charts OT: Can't wait for a new #1 debut each week and songs to spend 10 weeks on the chart. With the UK rules my faves might finally be able to get a #1 in France
  4. Yes The UK Charts have SOOOOO many idiotic rules Once a song has spent 10 weeks on the chart they half its streams
  5. More like a radio smash for months while being OUT on streaming tea
  6. Most of the albums that sold more would have sold more regardless of bundles. Only ones that would have done less are probably Chromatica, Manic and the Kenney album. OT: issa mixtape. after every ME comes a focus and after every focus there eventually comes a STS
  7. Germany is the biggest music market in Europe and they regularly have #1s do over 1mil. Spain #1 doing more than the US #1 a few times doesnt mean much if the rest of the songs dont match up. Most streamed US song was well over 4mil iirc Some German songs that did above 1mil: 1.972mil https://kworb.net/spotify/track/3goH7O78TLkV9RhCAyM4AT.html 1.788mil https://kworb.net/spotify/track/1VEMUkGFio5uURvN8x1DZJ.html 1.576mil https://kworb.net/spotify/track/3r1cV21xPMkgCmxk8VqWOB.html 1.566mil https://kworb.net/spotify/track/2WRTnY0slmFgWcrmEr8dPj.html 1.542mil https://kworb.net/spotify/track/200cTjC6si5Xz9af2QeHi2.html 1.461mil https://kworb.net/spotify/track/2kkcJ8tSDV42LdWcPjy6We.html 1.408mil https://kworb.net/spotify/track/67ojvEGRPAUCOohuMPqoRC.html
  8. The way WAP would have 9 weeks at #1 if Billboard actually cracked down on fraudulence and just banned Website sales + set the limit per card/email to 1. Travis going 1-24 is just...
  9. Its not even smashing that hard on iTunes. Its all website sales. There you can buy up to 44 copies per week with 1 card/email adress and it will count towards the charts OT: Idg how people dont see this as fraud. If their fans want to do it that is their business but it literally does not reflect the popularity of the song at all. How does 100 people listening to a song 500 times make it more popular than 2000 people listening to it 10 times each
  10. Organic success only and people rabbid stans drag me. BTS's points are like 95% website sales. The average sales total per card transaction is 30+. There is no world in which Dynamite's success past the first week is not frazd
  11. Can't wait to bump this thread in a few weeks when Boyfriend starts to smash. Selena's biggest hits (It Ain Me, Hands To Myself) have all been slow burners
