  1. You know So, my fave is Taylor Swift, and i'm way more active on Twitter than ATRL, so i can't really comment on the Swiftie scene here. But on Twitter? Mai god... those snowflakes genuinely think they're helping her by painting Taylor as the most progressive person out there. But she's far from it. Then, at the first misstep, they're quick to scream that she's the worst person ever. IT'S EXHAUSTING! I kind of wish Taylor would drop some hot takes - like declare herself a Republican or share opinions against abortion and gender ideology. If she did that, she'd definitely be labeled the 'worst person in the world' in their eyes... And who knows, maybe that would finally get them to drop her ass? But honestly, i'd love to see it because a lot of the hate she gets comes from gay people. Just imagine her posting something like, 'f4ck yall f4ggs, i don't need any of you' as they're losing their minds. Their outrage would be epic, and she'd just be living her best life, unbothered
  2. the way there's only like two genuinely good albums this year but you're acting like it's a golden age
  3. my biggest topic in the base got more replies than all of yours in the same section and i didn't even post once in that thread
  4. they're mad because my threads always get a lot of replies while theirs hardly do
  5. well Gaga means a lot more than many artists when it comes to supporting the LGBTQ+ community and standing up for human rights. i get that Kamala's side has its flaws on some issues, but it's still way better than the alternative. So, I think Gaga should've shown broader support because even Beyoncé who a lot of LMs liked to joke about for not having a clear political endorsement is doing more than Gaga in this election, so
  6. i only see LMs getting mad about this
  7. Actually i'm about to open a thread about Dua Lipa. Stay tuned
  8. yeah it's crazy because she has such a beautiful voice yet she keeps releasing albums that don't add much to her discography. It's insane how she has such a stunning voice and doesn't seem to make the best use of it
  9. Indeed an innocent post! i know Ally's character in ASIB relates to her appearance, so i just commented on it
  10. Thanks for the kind words, but I'm already employed
  11. Hasn't said anything since then, even with her highly anticipated lead single dropping tonight. What's going on? Do y'all think it's a calculated move, like she's super confident in the new material, or could there be something else at play? Littles are divided: some believe she's letting the music speak for itself, while others are upset, saying there's zero hype for the release. So far, there have been no big teasers or massive promo campaigns like we've seen in her past eras. So, i'm asking you, is there any hype for the lead single???
  12. But the story also touches on Ally/Gaga's struggles with insecurities. Gaga herself has always dealt with issues regarding her appearance, and that reflects in the character's journey as for your point about Ally not being presented as ugly, i remember an interview where Gaga mentioned she almost cried reading a script that referred to her character as 'ugly' or something similar. So...
  13. Nah, I just think it's important to highlight how the movie addresses those industry issues
