  1. Altho I stand with Palestine, this is actually a very misleading conception. It only gradually became "the Muslim country's land" during the Late Ottoman Empire in the 19th century, which saw the 1860s massacre of Jews in current-day Iraq and Iran and the majority of the Jewish population exiled from the area. The actual conflict has lasted since over 2000 years ago, and even up until 1948, there was still a substantial amount of Jewish community as the minority settlers in "the land".
  2. Candice Glover Kenedi Anderson Carly Smithson La'Porsha Renae Angie Miller Stylistic vocals: Megan Joy Anilee List Julia Gargano Haeley Vaughn Allison Iraheta Celeb Rejcts: Amber Riley Tori Kelly Bebe Rexha Maren Morris Lauren Daigle
  3. Ok. (but she and her family are likely some supporters for showing up?)
  4. You brought up Maren and I need to clear up this is what she said
  5. Sofi Tukker No, not a fan. And sure despise Morgan Wallen and Luke Bryan even more for what they did. Only impression came from reading that tweet plainly, hashtag, and old news on his political ideology
  6. Like if the DJ makes jungle music?? It sounds like the least harmless humour from the limited context given, saying the Dj is a friend of his. Sure its a different story if he is ranting about race
  7. As an Asian, I don't know why people think this is an insult? It also seemingly a praise towards a DJ/friend? I know math Asian is an also annoying stereotype in comedy, but not on a hateful level I'll remain sceptical about the authenticity of the other tweets for now. Fake tweet has been on the rise. And he seems to be more on the liberal side with his actions on the Obama/Trump situation
  8. I can't believe there was absolutely nobody talking about this in the thread. But apparently the hometown of Eurovision Ukraine's entry this year was struck by Russian missiles right before Tvorchi went on stage. This is the first time the city of Ternopil was attacked since the war, as it is not a strategic location for Russia on the west side of the country. The first round of attack came just minutes before Tvorchi went on stage, with fans gathered at bars for the performance . https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-65586701
  9. Marco is NOT gay. Only his fans are speculating. (And also Riley) I don't think we outsiders can claim they are gay until they are ready. (So the same "queerbaiting" standard as to Harry Style and Shawn Mendes) There are so many more ACTUAL gays/LGBT+ this year we should give credit to: Loreen is openly bisexual Alessandra is openly bisexual Luke Black is openly gay
  10. Feel better Kings, hope you recover fast and take that televote win tomorrow
  11. Marco is not really gay tho, or at least closeted at this moment.
  12. Ukraine and UK did random order draw back in April to avoid producer bias, and they got 19 and 26 respectively. Mae is just lucky (but also not, coming after Croatia)
