They're clearly feeding nostalgia with old fans, and then using mainstream sounds to attract new ones. There's something ab all the strategies being so obvious that makes it so commendable- especially since it's working. Goes to show you don't need elaborate plans, just efficient ones.

I agree promo single next week. Album pre order in two weeks with new single. Keep the ball rolling. With the way her team is working, I'm not even worried. I think it's gonna be more like BRAT in the sense that there is no breakout hit, but the songs all do well as album tracks. You can tell that they're going for that the way she's previewing KISS

this era is gonna be about rebuilding and reintroducing. It is kinda giving Plastic Hearts at the beginning edit: also the rollout so far has been pretty ok, especially compared to Katy who tried to do a similar reintroduction tactic. Hers was more forceful though, and fell flat because people didn't resonate. It's better to ease people into it and let them organically bandwagon even if it means it takes longer- definitely Brandon's strategy
