I feel like Gaga tends to write music with performance in mind. That's why all of her main albums are high-energy. Harlequin sets a nice precedent for music releases without the expectation of a tour. If she were to be inspired enough, she could drop a singer-songwriter/ballad/experimental record while prioritizing her quieter, personal seasons.
