  1. It sold really well in the US though. The only female albums released in the last couple of years that outsold it were Anti (by only 100k), 25 and Lemonade.
  2. Lady Gaga - Do What U Want (feat. R Kelly) @Mattyboy
  3. Do you have the pure sales figures for her albums and singles?
  4. These stats are quite inflated in the OP.
  5. "success" What? A front loaded success is still a success. Especially when it's not front-loaded at all. Staying at #1 for 6 weeks is for sure a success, as is staying at #1 for 2 weeks.
  6. How is this relevant? They're doing better than 5H outside the US. No girl group is slaying on a massive global level but LM are the closest consistently. Little Mix have also had good success in New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Slovakia, Austria, Portugal, Norway, Netherlands, Philippines, Ireland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Belgium recently. While Fifth Harmony have only cracked Hungary, Belgium, New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal and Scotland this era.
  7. But that wasn't what we were discussing. Not saying 5H haven't had success, but calling them biggest girl group in the world is a massive reach.
  8. Little Mix did 38k pure sales extra outside of the UK. Fifth Harmony did 27k SPS extra outside the US. 38k PURE > 27k SPS What is your point?
  9. That was heavily influenced due to it being cheaper to buy each song separately.
  10. Well duh. She shares it with another song.
  11. She now shares it but they won't break it.
  12. Not really considering LWYMMD's first week predictions.
  13. Ok but when can we expect her to stop bleeding? I want 500k+.
  14. They hyped Camila Cabello. They hype every one. Again, this is all rhetoric to hate on random female artists.
  15. By overexcited stans. Not actual credible people.
  16. "massively hyped single" You are literally just being facetious. All but Katy were coming off of flop eras and they're still within the big leagues.
  17. Selling 100k first week is not BOMBING in 2016/2017. Perfect Illusion, Chained and Make Me were/are all in the Top 20 biggest debut sales for their respective years. You guys just like to hate on everyone who isn't your fave. Not everyone is at the TS/Adele level. You sound ignorant to the reality of the music sales climate, but that's probably purposeful ignorance to hate on artists who are not your fave. 2016 highest first week sales: Can't Stop the Feeling! - 379,000 Pillowtalk - 267,000 Summer Sixteen - 215,000 I Don't Wanna Live Forever - 188,000 Formation - 174,000 Cold Water - 169,000 Work - 126,000 Hold Up - 123,000 Dangerous Woman - 118,000 Sorry - 118,000 No - 113,000 Let Me Love You - 113,000 One Dance - 104,000 Closer - 103,000 24K Magic - 101,000 Perfect Illusion - 100,000 Make Me - 96,000 2017 highest first week sales: Shape of You - 240,000 Castle on the Hill - 171,000 I'm the One - 171,000 Sign of the Times - 142,000 Humble - 111,000 Chained to the Rhythm - 108,000 Paris - 92,000 Wild Thoughts - 89,000 The Cure - 79,000 No Frauds - 78,000 EDIT: Probably missing a couple but it's my point is still correct.
  18. You ever heard of an anomaly?
