Then explain why Eminem, Drake, Kanye and Kendrick Lamar topped this list. Along with other rappers who were cited under honorable mentions. You need to understand "pop" star in this case really means pop as in POPULAR not just the genre the artist is singing in.

I was honestly thinking this too, but I assumed they gave her the title since she's had backtoback eras for 6 years at that point and she finally hit her peak. Billie at least got an honerable mention which was more than deserved, hopefully she will top either this year or next year.
