Not @ you trying to make Katy seem more relevant than Britney in Korea. Katy is a huge pop star and currently more relevant than Britney in general, but if we're talking specifics, Koreans care more about Britney. Her HMBOMT days were iconic there, and if Katy and Britney both toured with the same amount of promotion, Britney would still sell more tickets. None of Katy's songs have had any impact in Korea, Britney on the other hand... It's not like Britney's against Ariana Grande who's got more hits in Korea under her belt and is still currently relevant there, Britney wins over Katy easily in SK.

Britney just recently held a concert in SK so that might be why it's #1.
