I hope it isn't too late.- Rihanna - "Lift Me Up"
Coming for the biggest rolling effect (perhaps those website sales might have done the trick)- Rihanna - "Lift Me Up"
I remember when people used to cry her streams were too high during ANTi's era but the sales were low. Now the opposite ..keep the tears flow over a lullaby.- Billboard: "Lift Me Up" 27k sales in 3 days; 15 million on-demand streams
The deal with Samsung didn't impact Soundscan (only RIAA) whose data are being questioned though.- Billboard: "Lift Me Up" 27k sales in 3 days; 15 million on-demand streams
"questionable" ok then. It had two versions charting (the instrumental one) and clearly the whatver kpop guy spiked over one day. Again all big lead singles had radio payola/deal If soundscan says it sold 27k in three days then are they frauding their own system for Rihanna that seems very weird.- Billboard: "Lift Me Up" 27k sales in 3 days; 15 million on-demand streams
oh really the radio deals that have been around for the last 20? 30? years. That isn't really a trick is it. A lot of Rih's songs missed #1. I remember This is what you came For needed just a discount to hit #1 yet it peaked #2, Stay #3, Wild Thoughts #2. I haven't seen any push in the last 10 years since Loud basically to boost a song to #1.- Billboard: "Lift Me Up" 27k sales in 3 days; 15 million on-demand streams
and what are these tricks exactly. I don't see any proof only tears over a soundtrack song.- Rihanna - "Lift Me Up"
the tears and fumes are great please continue- Billboard: "Lift Me Up" 27k sales in 3 days; 15 million on-demand streams
People questioning Soundscan's numbers lmao. SOS - 2006 Umbrella - 2007 Take a bow - 2008 S&M - 2010 welcome to 2022- Rihanna - "Lift Me Up"
The radio looks strong af..now we have to wait for the movie.- Rihanna Scores The Biggest U.S Radio Debut Of 2022; breaks Previous Record
the dramatics This song has the clear goal of getting into the oscars best original song. Black Panther also drops next week, maybe it's early for calling a return on investement analysis lol.- Rihanna - "Lift Me Up"
not surprised let's see how much the movie will help.- 'Lift Me Up' debuts #3 WW with +7.6M, +9M combined
I've come back after yearsssss just for this and people are obsessed as they were in 2016 or before- 'Lift Me Up' debuts #3 WW with +7.6M, +9M combined
Could have been 20 weeks and still killed '30' cause it wasn't good.- 'Lift Me Up' debuts #3 WW with +7.6M, +9M combined
People blamed Katy's break when Chained to the rhythm flopped, Rihanna didn't need 'comeback hype' when she used to release every year. Taylor dropped Folklore, Evermore, Red TV and she debuted with 1.5m. Did she need to take a break. Most of the time if the music is great it works otherwise it tanks, see Adele with Easy on Me.- 'Lift Me Up' debuts #3 WW with +7.6M, +9M combined
biggest instrumental debut of all time- 'Lift Me Up' debuts #3 WW with +7.6M, +9M combined
The only realistic chance is next week with the new song + the movie boost.- Rihanna - "Lift Me Up"
Global Lift me Up #3 7,605,514 Instrumental #93 1,435,222 Total 9.0m Not bad- Rihanna - "Lift Me Up"
Probably her biggest launch on radio since The Monster- Rihanna
