  1. Yes!! I thought I was hearing things!
  2. Do we know if anything has been sent to radio?
  3. Idk yall… I think the optics of putting Sean on this would've screamed "dated". We've been complaining we wanted something fresh and this is it. I like that she's working with someone new and it keeps her in pulse with what's actually happening now in music, not 20 years ago. The video is absolutely flawless. I want to see a strong campaign for VMA vanguard. She's more than deserving. Dance with Me needs to be cancelled immediately.
  4. Yes!!! Finally a great single, quality video and choreo for someone of her stature. This is Ciara. This should be the standard. 🙌🏾
  5. Not the last page having more hits than the album
  6. Whoever produced the vocals on Infinite Imagination needs to stick around for future projects. The verses are some of her best vocals ever. She slid on that.
  7. Only Ciara would be sitting on songs like Low and Infinite Imagination while releasing Dance with Me. Like… Who is working at Beauty Marks HQ? Just her? Lmao
  8. Positive post: I really like I Made It. It's a nice opener and probably one of the few tracks I will be replaying. I absolutely adore her tone and register on Drop Your Love. Sounds like old Ciara, low and airy. I also like Winning (despite the hate it gets). My 11 year old and I get our life to it in the car. As an album, this is miles better than Beauty Marks. I have issues with the sequencing, but that just might be a lost art form at this point.
  9. Not to keep piling it on thick, but I agree with capitalizing on the 20th anniversary and the missed opportunities there. A documentary or even a book would've been a nice way to celebrate her career, get tongues wagging, and lay the foundation for whatever is/was to come next. Mariah did a similar buildup by utilizing TEOM's anniversary to lead into her new album. This Right Here could've been a nice bonus track on a Goodies Reissue since Jazze was so pivotal in her early career and it fits 2005 more so than 2025. At this point, I think a career pivot is necessary IF she's not interested in the music. Leverage her celebrity (which is stronger than ever) and get her a daytime tv show similar to Jennifer Hudson. She's got a much better personality and I think audiences would eat that up. That way, she can tie in all of the family/husband stuff that she wants to promote in a way that feels relevant and consistent to build a brand. Let's talk about fashion, relationships, food, working out, have some musical guests and friends… the avenue is literally right there.
  10. I can't believe she's launching this project with literally… nothing. She may not be a huge artist anymore, but she is still CIARA and imma need her to remember that. Honestly, I need her to take some time, get in the studio and LEARN her craft. Ectasy was a fantastic song that needed to be cooked a little longer. Backing vocals, adlibs, etc. and the lyrics could've withstood a final edit. She is not Meg, Sexxxy, Glo or any of these new rap girls and I need her to cut the act and accent. All this "yeahhh, owwww, litty, twerking instead of dancing" seems more like an attempt to ground herself with an urban audience, but we don't need that. Just be yourself girl… the ATL princess who became an actual princess. Growth is OK. I'm not even going to address the choreo because she hasn't bent her knees since Got Me Good if we're being honest. I love her and she will always be a fave of mine, I'm not expecting her to top charts. I just want to see her release a quality project that showcases growth (not just visually) whether that be sonically, vocally, lyrically etc. and I think she needs someone to guide her and say "No or not yet", in order to achieve that. Hoping the few new tracks we get this week with the album are heavy hitters. Come on, CiCi!
