I mean just take a look at the crowd shots during this performance Really embarrassing. The song is not really my thing but she's a nice person even though she's a bit annoying during interviews. Black people are also really hungry for someone like her to ''dethrone'' or at least challenge Nicki after her reign in pop culture. And the fact that Cardi's getting a #1 hit with basically a sped up feature-less version of Nicki's Only song makes this whole ''first real female rap hit since Lauryn Hill'' even funnier to me. It's all about longevity anyway. No one's touching Nicki but it makes you wonder if she can come back from everything that has happened in female Hip Hop this year.

Black people want a new female rapper who's strictly rapping. White people think she goes hard and sound dangerous on the song. Memes, drama and remixes are being made and everybody else follows suit.
