It's nice to see other Venezuelans in here. I left the country for Colombia 9 years ago after the protests of 2014... I thought after such a long time, I would somehow be shielded from whatever the outcome of the elections would be. I was wrong - I have found myself thinking of everything that has been stripped from us, from me... I get angry and hopeless, and cry. I am disgusted at how EVIL a group of people can be. Desde acá, no sé que hacer. Ojalá empiecen a llamar a manifestaciones en los diferentes países para sentir que pudimos contribuir en algo. Se siente mucha impotencia no poder ayudar en la lucha. El escenario es diferente y las acciones de la dictadura mucho más aceleradas que en el pasado, están desesperados. ¿Alguien sabe como se puede contribuir financieramente?

I know it's probably fake, but if she performs at the Olympics, I will be so gagged because she's done exclusively huge televised performances. Hopefully she has some new tracks or a collaboration coming soon, though. The campaign has been 9 months long so far including all the pre-release stuffs. It's a shame DTN ****** Houdini over, as everything would've gone so differently had it smashed, but oh well! At least the discourse around RO has somewhat turned into a positive one after Glastonbury.

Some of them don't work for me either, and I agree with the horrible decisions in the vocal cuts in some tracks, too (especially These Walls is so botched). I guess I am being radically optimistic

What is "done correctly" for extended versions of songs? New instrumental? A remix thrown into the original mix so "it's done correctly"? Now, I do agree These Walls has some interesting choices (because they're deliberate), but other songs really work: French Exit, End on An Era, Houdini, Happy for You.

Ngl, the extended French Exit should've been the main - it's amazing.

Ok, so what we're not gonna do here is trash AN EXTENDED ALBUM for BEING EXTENDED VERSIONS. Are you people insane? I love the showcase of production here. A lot of the elements not noticeable in the final mix can shine a lot brighter - love it!

Exactly - I've come to expect the worst from this era. I doubt she served too hard with such a short shoot, it just has to have a storyline or some sort of acting from her. The people are bored of her looking edgy and bored.

Coming here is like literally seeing sleep-walking people repeating the same thing over, and over, and over AGAIN. It doesn't matter what single she chose, most of you would've had the same attitude/response to it, let's be real. FF is like bottom 2 for me in the album, but hey, at least we're getting another single, also a fan-favorite. My biggest issue with this era is the aesthetics and the styling - they really are awful.

The way everybody was bopping to End of An Era and Houdini on Saturday when I slipped them into the playlist.

Hunny what is thissss All of these tasteless individuals lashing at RO. Get yourselves some q-tips, clean out your ears! End of An Era, These Walls, Watcha Doing are all excellent songs.

After sitting with this album after a month, I have to say that it's such a pleasant listen. I have listened to this a lot while getting ready in the morning for work - 37 minutes of pure joy to start the day.

Houdini and End of An Era hitting hard this week, tho

Back from the dead (banned one day before RO release) to say that this album has been on repeat since release. My favorite is End Of An Era (can't wait to blast this at a pool party in June). I am so in love with it and the vinyl is gorgeous. Back to the campaign: I think she needs to confirm a new single ASAP or start performing all over Europe. These songs are meant to be LISTENED TO & PERFORMED LIVE. We have only gotten a couple of televised performances for the main singles + Happy for You (which is a beautiful song, but wouldn't be a good choice for summer single). They need to act quick, I fear.

So I have been waiting for chicken for some time now, and I still haven't gotten my delivery. Would someone please send some chicken?
