The End of an Era

 

Since 2012, maybe even before that, i posted a weekly countdown on different sites, sometimes only monthly, and after almost ten years, i think it's time to end. Over time, i limited my countdown from up to 100 songs a week to now 25 songs a week and i am at a point where i am just not that interested in doing it anymore. I still listen to new music, obviously, but it sometimes takes weeks until i listen to new albums or even songs.

 

And it's also because i got less and less time. I will move next month and starting in 2022, i will probably work even two jobs and in my free time, i don't want to think about if i have to listen to music to have a consistent top 25. And i automatically think about that, even if people say that they don't care. 

 

I will post my "last" countdown next week, before my upcoming "Best Of 2021 Countdown" (which i will also still post in upcoming years). I say "last", because i will probably still be active from time to time and maybe post ZeroCharts Countdown or like a three months countdown or something, because a part of me still loves it, but only if i have time and if i feel like it. And i want to say thank you to every single one who interacted with me in here over the last few years.

Nonsense  Made You Look is cute and a grower. Same for Flowers, but I enjoy that more & it took less time to grow.  Can't Tame Her is plenty of fun. TRUSTFALL  So good. Too bad people pay her a lot of dust now. Haven't watched Babylon yet but I'm excited for the directing and music.
