Iggy at #5 yeah that's a good spot for her. The album has some highlights & it sh*ts on IMD but TNC is the only album of hers that is actually solid all the way through. || Speaking of fitting positions, CCodes/Travis/Tove & Lizzo debuting that low is fine with me  I was ignoring that Icona Pop song because their droplet collabs aren't the best but I took a peek since it's now top 3 and it's okay. Better than some of their other post-album efforts.

It is that time of the year again, where i think about doing only a monthly chart countdown, instead of weekly. Or maybe additionally posting my weekly Zero Charts countdown on here.

 

I have less and less time and always force myself to listen to some songs a specific amount of times, so my chart will atleast a little cohesive and it feels like this makes my whole countdown inaccurate and also kinda takes the fun out of listening to music. And i think it might would be different if i only do a monthly countdown.

Do a monthly chart if a weekly chart isn't that fun for you anymore.  If you keep forcing yourself your charts will become a task instead of a hobby.

I mean, the weekly chart is not completely gone. It's just, like, really messy.  It kinda looks like if i would just completely copy them from Last.FM, without ranking the songs, that have the same amount of plays, myself. And it will probably also include older songs in the future. But that's fine for now.

I am a mess. The minute i posted my chart, i decided to not completely give up on my Crownnote Countdown just yet. So, here is my Top 25. Let's see if that works better. I will try to not think about if it's cohesive or not.

For my countdown is the same, sometimes  I feel forced to listen to something in order to have a chart that can be realistic and cohesive. In the beginning it was even worse and even if I still try to committ myself it still happens that I run out of time and something goes wrong but in the end I managed to not think to much about it and to enjoy the music (and my weekly post) for what it is..a passion! Feel free to do it the way that satisfies you the most and try to not overthink about it! Also because, cohesive or not, your charts are amazing each time
