If we're talking business, yes he's probably right, but the issue has more to do with how she treated her "friend" when she's the one who invited her last minute. The public doesn't care about the business side of things and that's why this is never gonna go in ices favor. We've all been in Cleo's situation and if ice or her team were smart they would have handled this with some empathy regardless of how the business aspect should have been conducted.
