bought her album last month (autographed)

 

it was shipped

 

then it was shipped back for some reason

 

i contact customer service and they said they would have to charge me again for shipping...

 

i said i no and wanted a refund

 

now they're saying they dont do refunds 

 

how should i handle this?

seriously though, file a complaint to your bank. then remove your bank/card info from wherever yo bought the album so that if they try to charge you, it wont go through for there would be no info to use x
