Im gonna say sth I probably get a bit of hate for, but: I'm a bit disappointed Dua hasn't worked more on her dancing.

Shes the typical artist who heard sth wasnt good, worked on it, got praise for the improvement, and then stopped trainign and got satisfied.

Theres no development in her body languag nor movement and its honestly a bit of a shame she got complacent

Why do people care so much about stuff like this? last time I checked, people listen to an artist because they like the music. Male artists never get **** for not being dancers, smells like sexism to me.

Its just my personal taste and I like to see my favs grow. Reason why i stan Beyonce is because she constantly raises the bar and got better, reason why I fell in love with Dua was her evolution and growth during the FN era. So im pointing out a personal thing that I love to see and currently fail to see in her. Thats all

Just heard the TS snippet and OMG, that’s a hit right there (has melody, lyrics, everything that Houdini lacked). If TS is the next single, we’re back baby. :jonny:

Now let’s pretend Houdini never happened

Referencing the title track of the best selling album of all time is very avant garde

:suburban:

Sonically yes. Considering pop girls are going to a different direction.

Everytime I try and search for it - the website never loads. Is there a setting I have to turn off?

Maybe - if ava had a 100x higher production budget than her current bargain bin Instrumentals.

Isn't Ava Max on tour at Costco or Sam's club? Why is she even in the same sentence as Dua. One is not like the other.

Back on topic this song is still a bop.

I just heard it too, and the best way to describe it imho is:

Dua sat down and wanted to create an international song in the vein of Fever :jonny5:

the dark synths are giving me exactly that!

You both gathered this only from 8 seconds? :duca:

You can definitely hear the psychedelic influences Dua talked about, but it sounds more "simplistic"/melodic/dark akin to Fever imho

Just heard the TS snippet, I cannot believe yall are thinking it's a smash hit based on 8 seconds :rip:

It obviously sounds good, but it's not nearly long enough for me to gather an honest opinion

Posted

Is.. this not AI? 😭 unless I’m listening to some other snippet lol

Posted

If this is actually the song and not an AI thing, it sounds good. Though it's hard to form an opinion over an abrupt snippet of a few seconds

Posted

It has to be AI pls. The ones saying it’s better than Houdini.. seek help
