Congratulations to our final 22 on making the cast!!!!  You all had solid entries and explanations. Here's your first challenge:

 

For our first official round, we'll be taking a more subjective approach. We want you to tell us the song you have the deepest personal connection to, and why (include elements of the track such as instruments, lyrics or vocals to strengthen your explanation).

 

Explain your choice in 150 words or less. Since we added two extra people to our cast, three contestants will be eliminated.

 

You cannot re-use your audition song until R3.
