I came in here to say this but no that design is legit the exact practice Taylor has been using since 2019 with each additional era

It’s similar to the eras merch, but they are all images of Shakira with her name in the background. It’s all based on her intellectual property.

Why will Taylor team give rights to design when Eras Tour is currently going on and her merch is everywhere 

Artist designed this but they sold it to Tay team , it can't be copied like this

Actually all intellectual property related to Taylor is under 13 Management now , so this is definetly not the same company thing

I know Taylor’s designer didn’t invent that concept but the Shakira one is almost an exact replica, they haven’t even attempted to make them different, right down to the font placement. They could have easily taken inspiration from this concept without having to copy and paste it.
