i think the problem with SGGH is it was paid for which means it would have to be reproduced. these songs were not paid for so she isn't having to have them completely re produced. she would have to get greg kurstin to agree to re produce it and do it a little different and then pay him for that rather than having to just pay for the track as is.

What are the chances of "Restless" making the album as one of the "few she’s saved from the course of her career"? That song is too perfect to remain a leak forever.

 

OT: This is closer to the original version than SLAY was (only noticeable differences to me were the intro and outro edits) but this is such a perfect title track for this era of material.

she has said restless was just a random song she made and is not using it but appreciates the love for it.

Last night I dreamed I saw the music video for this and it was a very apocalyptic video about two people falling in love during a climate protest. They were blocking a highway, laughing and holding hands, all while they were hosed down, beaten and taken away by police 

 

Woke up with the song stuck in my mind, tho, so that was a win
