yes, BTS isn't really needed by hybe anymore that's why they're scrambling :rip:

album sales: seventeen, enhypen, txt, newjeans & lsrfm

digitals: newjeans and lsrfm

streaming: newjeans & lsrfm

touring: seventeen & enhypen

it girls/brand deals: newjeans

what else did I forgot? they got everything they need and more with these 4th gen hybe groups + svt :toofunny3:

not to mention, all the floppery left, right and center by the bots' soloists the past year + yet to cum completely bombing. I know its been a rough 2022 for the bots and newjennies snatching all bts records just adds to their stress/worries :rip:

I know we don’t like the BOT$ but if you think that the total of all these groups streams, touring and albums sales money are 1/4 of what they brings :deadbanana4:

their Hyundai and Samsung contracts alone might brings more revenue than some groups streams.

of course its not. i'm just saying if bots decided to leave or flops into oblivion, hybe won't go down the drain since the other groups are also making money the way bots used to ofc (not in their level yet but all are showing huge potential)

Chill. SRR is out for 3 days. Haven't you guys realized that it takes some time for GP to catch up with longevity hits? (Eleven, Attention, HB, AF)

Yes, rn the fandom is doing the heavy lifting, but that can change. Just give it time.

They won’t go down ofc, but BTS will still account for 60-65% of HYBE’s 2023 revenues despite their hiatus (due to member solos and groups endorsements). So if they leave one day it’s going to be a problem

Some of y’all are delusional. Bts flop year : over 7M albums sold, 7-8B streams, 3B digital points and countless awards. The fact HYBE had to buy companies so they can match BTS’s success. :bibliahh:

Umm last time they went on IG live, they said they "loved" the title track.

What is this mess?? Clearly SM is panicking about the title track after Illusion ended up doing better than Girls last time.

But the songs have been recorded months ago...? SM has had a long time to finalize this.

I feel so bad for the girls, they clearly have no idea what's going on from the management and are probably seeing tons of angry messages from fans about the hiatus. Genius SM strikes again :ace:

Korea loves Kazuha so much even though she's Japanese. If she were Korean. She'd take over the entire country.

NOT ae1 being delayed FOR REAL

it's really OVER

I'm truly sorry for aespa, that video of Winter reminded me of Jennie talking about her favorite Netflix shows and saying that she was sorry but there were no plans for a comeback.  :toofunny3:

what sm is doing with aespa is even worse than YG with BP

I mean BP at least has well established fandom and the climate was different too when they were building their brand

now the competition in the 4th gen is so stiff and SM messed up 2022 for them - they gave aespa Coachella slot, but failed to release an ep for it, sent them to US for the promo cycle which damaged their domestic chart run and didn’t help on global charts too > the girls were spoiling that another comback is coming same year and were sorry that fans needed to wait so long between Savage en Girls, told us it won’t happen again > SM failed to provide them at least another ep or single that year > they scheduled multiple concerts at the beginning of 2023, yet it seems like ae1 is delayed too? it’s a big mess… I’m so sorry for them, they have to be so stressed about it all

like what will they sing? unreleased songs?

yeah, it gives the same aenergy

maybe SM shouldn’t be THAT precise in following BP print

SM is so miserable, they are able to plan multiple NCT comebacks in a year, prepare flop solo comebacks for EXO and Shinee members, but pay dust to arguably their biggest act with the most potential

similar thing happens with RV

it’s painful to see how they treat their gg

it’s even worse than YG, since YG at least mistreats all of its acts :rip:

seriously **** SM

**** NCT **** SHINee **** TVXQ **** SNSD/HYO/TAEYEON **** EXO **** **** **** **** BoA

pushing out flops that nobody even ******* care (all of the above)

the meltdowns :deadbanana4:

I think they keep changing the title track because Karina was saying how much she loved the title track (6 MONTHS AGO :rip:)

something messy is happening behind the scenes

nct 127's tour was horribly managed, their repackage was delayed over 6 months and haechan was overworked so horribly he had heart palpitations and had to take a month off. wayv's comeback was delayed over a whole year ffs and the members had to rerecord the album several times even when they had covid. sm mismanages and mistreats every single ****ing group and soloist, not just your faves.

Both Key and 127 are only now getting repackages for albums that were released almost half a year ago. I think there's a current problem with the way SM treats all of their acts.
