I like GOT as a project but I agree with that vid that aespa shouldn't have been involved. It would've been really cool if it was just SM's senior female idols but taking the new girls and pulling time and focus away from their group when they're still establishing a foothold is, frankly, dumb. Like why are they determined to make stans mad  If they wanted 7 members they could've stuck Yoona/Yuri and Joy in there and it still would've been great.

Noooooooo, I suspected this around 3 weeks ago, but with Hype Boy. Seems like every random song after my chosen song is always Hype Boy, but I thought because I played that song a lot.

And also, why would they hire professional producers when being self-produced is literally their whole image that makes them stand out compared to other Kpop groups? JYP wanted SKZ to be an experimental group where he were to debut a boy group that is self-produced and wasn't dependent on the label, and giving them completely creative control and freedom. JYP is only funding SKZ and doesn't interfere with their music, since it would ruin the authenticity of the group. 

+ JYP won't have to pay any producers money since the members make the music themselves, which is why, they are able to release more songs frequently and whenever they feel like it compared to other groups. 

 

 

Good for Skz for sticking to their sound even though GP doesn't really vibe with that. They need to be extremely lucky for their sound to be a hit. Skz constantly releases though so maybe something will catch up

I know sheeps are going nuts right now but there's no need to blame GOT about anything related to aespa, with or without that project they would have stayed Shelved I know the stans are mad but... SM is a mess right now and the concept and lore make aespa's releases even harder to pull through with. 

 

Kinda crazy how by their second year, SNSD was smashing with Gee, fx was getting back to back hits and RV had already relased a full album and were 5 comebacks into their career

about skz being self-produced group, i don't even stan them but isn't that literally their concept and what makes them stand out in the 4th gen bg scene? like it isn't their fault that the gp hates bg and only stans them if they cater to their tastes. I'm sure skz is fine with their growing fanbase

Isn’t Treasure also Self-producing in 4th gen bgs? 
anyway, yeah they kinda have their own style of “music” thanks to 3Racha, but I agree with some users who said they need to work with some other producers if they wanna have some variety and flavor. Because right now, they have so much content but their some of their music is starting to sound the same. It’s like they’re still working with the same formula of God’s Menu/Back Door and I wanna hear something different from them title track wise.

txt smashing both internationally and domestically (at least 4th gen bg wise) is insane I didn't know they could still surpassed their debut hype with Crown and yet sugar rush ride is now their most viewed mv in 24 hrs and also surpassing cysm's melon peak and ulsthats what talent and good music will do

Wasn't Into The New World made by Kim Jong Bae and Lee Soo Man back in 2002, Kenzie only remixed and rearranged in 2006 for SNSD.

Anyway JYP need to give more payola to 3Racha members especially Bang Chan and Changbin for the 4th gen bg muscular men representation especially after Wonho being enlisted. Would love to see if Han suddenly decide to hit the gym after hearing the Le Sserafim workout plans
