SM is just dumb when it comes to red velvet, like really dumb

SM is truly their own #1 enemy

no wonder their groups never end up on top (except SNSD i guess)

But seriously, Kpop songs charting very high on Spotify US but not on any other streaming platforms is shady af though (same for BP and even BTS).

TXTs album is top 10 in US apple music

The song is #4 on YouTube US trending

Imagine your own people treating you like an outsider just because you are under a Korean version of a Chinese label :rip:

this is so hypocritical because Yena, who is in the same Chinese label, got a hit and knetz didn’t care about the label :rip:

anyway it’s still not too late for HYBE to drop that idea of a Geffen collab girl group and focus on NewJeans and Le Sserafim promo

Happy Fools is my fave (along with SRR), kinda sad it's the lowest charting one. Yet still on Top 10 :jonnycat:

YG #1 LOSERS

so far hybe is like the only company making kpop songs that organically connect with the west

the big 3 all feel a bit dated rn, I think it’s time for all of them to clean house a bit with their creative teams :gaycat7:

I knew TXT was bigger in south korea, but I wasn't expecting this slayage on melon. :jonnycat:

I thought SKZ was bigger worldwide, but it looks they're pretty much even. So I won't be surprsed if SKZ end up breaking TXT records again.

This is more exciting than BTS vs EXO, because EXO was pretty much a flop outside Asia.

I wonder if TXT would be miles ahead in popularity if they decided to participate in Kingdom or if they had a reality like the rest of their peers.

Txt does have their own reality show & it even trends #1 in Korea sometimes. Txt would be miles ahead if they threw **** at the wall to see what sticks several times a year like stray kids does though

i know Shindong is problematic but you know considering he doesnt fit the beauty standard of an idol you would think he would have...more  idk....impact

like i dont see any "chubbier" idols name him as an influence. maybe hes influential amongst the gp. does he even preach about body positivity

txt are doing great, congrats to them!

but then stray kids are self producing, highly involved in choreography and each concept of their comeback… so it’s really not that big of an insult as you think it is, that „throwing **** at the wall to see what sticks”, maybe they are just passionate about music, hardworking and actually got the chance to do what they really enjoy doing? weird take from the txt stans or maybe a self drag? idk

it’s one thing to be happy about your fave group’s success and another to drag other group without even thinking for a moment :rip:

I’m not staning neither of them, to be clear

WAIT today was the day I found out NewJennies weren’t charting anywhere besides spotify.

the way this is my goodbye letter 🤣 good luck selling 1.5M tickets

If they were truly passionate about their music then they'd make it good

you know music taste is subjective? tons of people around the world seem to enjoy they output, I would say about the same amount as txt

you have some superiority complex?

I don't think it is comparable. Queendom was popular, so a lot of non fans were going to tune Kingdom and I-LAND was made to decide the members of a new HYBE group. I'm pretty sure TXT reality is mostly watched by their own fans. I agree, TXT should release more music.
