I want to know who the republican judge was that voted AGAINST overturning. thank you to that person. It's good to know there are at least a few decent republicans still out there.

none of them voted against overturning

Like how do they not understand that the bootlicking and pick me-ism is getting them nowhere? How much farther do we have to fall in order for them to stop extending grace for people who don’t do the same for you? :deadbanana4:

There will be a national abortion ban under the next Republican president/congress (ie likely in 2024). Anyone who says otherwise is straight up lying.

Missing the old days when assassination was a real threat to US government officials.

If there are any lawyers here that'd be great as I'm now confused as ****. Again, I think the Mississippi case was 6-3, Roe was 5-4.

@midnightdawn it was 6-3, you should update the OP

That's not true I don't think. The Mississippi case was 6-3, Roe was 5-4.

@midnightdawn My apologies on this. It looks like the mods gave you the OP but my title.

@Gui Blackout I'm still not sure on this being 5-4 or 6-3. AP still has that tweet up with the decisions being separate per case.

6-3 re Mississippi and 5-4 re Roe. I have no idea what the **** is going on.

this is so disgusting, allegedly the land of the free but you can't even make decisions about your own body

please remember this is Trump's legacy, he appointed those judges who just voted to overturn it

1. I’m no MAGA.
2. I’m no sheep. I’m allowed to think differently.

This won’t have much of an impact in blue states. I feel sorry for women and reasonable people in red states. The red/blue divide is slowly forging two separate nations. I have no reason to ever go to a red state!

Not people saying this decision violates human rights when the government allows that all the time in this country.

@Bloo@Lee!!@Ryan BTE Apparently a tweet from the AP is still up and live saying this was a 5-4 ruling but the NYT is saying 6-3.

I thought there might be some confusion regarding the MS case that was brought being a seperate decision from Roe being overturned but apparently they're not. I'm not a lawyer, sorry.

If any of you could update the thread title to 6-3 that'd be great. Thanks.
