She said she heard the rumor that he pushed Kate down the stairs, not that he did it. It doesn't matter if he actually did it or not, what matters is that she, in that moment, thought of that story and got scared for her sister. Are we gonna pretend like she's claiming that she, as an 8 yeard old living in Texas, saw Johnny Depp push Kate Moss down the stairs with her own eyes?

She did NOT lie. She didn't say she witnessed the event or that HE told her that had happened. She said she heard it from two other people and it was something she thought about when the stair incident happened.

Don't forget that he legit posted a video of Johnny getting called out in his lies, including the most embarrassing one of the whole trial with that Orient Express "bruise", as a gotcha momet for Amber cause she smirked during his cross.  He couldn't care less about what actually happened, he's just here to **** on Amber.

Regardless of what she heard, she mentioned it in court. When Kate Moss was asked about it in court, she said that he never pushed her down the stairs.

 

Again STOP trying to have an explanation for everything because once again you are wrong.
