It was decided based on feedback from the spring 2023 town hall to transition this thread back to being election specific. With the Civics section being able to house specific threads on many issues, we think having a generalized politics thread is not completely necessarily anymore. 
 

With that said, please continue to be respectful and remember that you do not always need to respond to everyone.

Similar cases yet to be resolved elsewhere and until then closing that thread and posting here for posterity. I still think it operates as a de-facto ban but will have to agree to disagree with some of those from an earlier post in the other thread…

Worst election in history. Nina Turner said voting for Biden in 2020 was like eating half a bowl of **** vs an entire bowl of **** but in 2024 it feels like two massive bowls of ****!

Dems: Stop expecting perfect candidates!

 

Left: Can we have a halfway decent candidate who will support policy that the majority of voters want?

Biden is more than halfway decent. The issue is that you want someone nobody else would vote for (a socialist).

Even my dyed in the wool Democratic family members view Biden as ****. Enough DNC propaganda.
