Maybe HDD's tea is true and we're getting the tour on the 9th and then the teaser for the 14th is about something else to push sales (visuals/act iii lead).

She could announce a tour and call it beyonce Live or sumn

Imagine if it is act 3 though, not sure I'm ready for it. I do hope it's pop/rock

lol. i want it to be true but it coming from #that account is meaningless.

I don't see this being a BTS documentary for a 10 minute performance (especially one that isn't the Super Bowl).

That feels like a waste of money and hype for all parties involved.

this date would be kind of a serve since there's no 29th of feb on non-leap years :celestial5:

& a single release on 1.14 with album release 2.28 does line up with Rennie/CC timelines. BMS and Texas/16C were released mid-month with the album coming at the end of the following month.

Lots of footage to be used. You ever watched Big Brother USA? The part where they give the houseguests a key and film their reaction to going on the show.  We get that same footage of the dancers reacting to the Beyoncé call. Especially the cheerleaders for the football team. Also extra emphasis on the return of ASHLEY. Followed by a villain edit of Ashley walking into rehearsals thinking she runs the show but Amari stands face to face to her like those Bring It On movies and orders Ashley to get in line, as Amari is the dance captain.

We get confessionals from who is team Amari and who is team Ashley and talk about the creative direction for the performance. Cut to Post Malone arriving from the airport high as hell. Then we see the blackbird girls meet and greet with Beyoncé. They all talk about how the song changed their life (it didn't). Beyoncé talks about how she wants to recreate a Dubai moment and she goes over several different runs she can do before she settles on the one. Then we see her argue with lights crew for 20 minutes.

Blue gets a segment about dancing. Then cut to the performance. Then after the performance we watch them celebrate.

Nah, releasing a docu about that short ass performance when you have not released any visuals for two albums, would be tacky as hell. Bey doesn't waste her precious time on silly stuff like that. She would just release the behind the scenes on her youtube page and call it a day.

erm.....no

if that was the case the renaissance film wouldn't have been a full fledged documentary but a simple concert film like blondie's. she even shortened the back end of the concert so she could squeeze in as much BTS grainy super8 footage as she could. if it was simply about just showcasing the concert it would've just been that. she likes documentaries. she has done one EVERY era except for lemonade. no reason to believe this is different.

more like its a fulfillment to a contract she signed a long time ago and netflix needs something to put on the service for the $60 million they paid her in 2019 for 3 projects. and we don't know that its ONLY about the performance. it could be about the creation and conception of CC and the decision to launch sirdavis, etc

Well, she already has RWT tour film that she can send them (and if they're not counting Beyonce Bowl, she can promise them the footage of her next tour). No need to spend time editing a film about a thirteen minute performance when she has a million other things to do

EDIT: oh sorry, you edited after I quoted the post

Even if she makes a documentary, she won't make it all about CC since Ren doesn't have one. And I don't think it's something worth making, since she needs time for other projects and it wouldn't make money for Netflix. The only non-tour documentary I see her releasing is one about making the trilogy (after act iii and the visuals come out) with her explaining her reasoning behind the three act project and how she made it

I'm sure Netflix thinks there's an audience for that

i still believe this its a documentary. that reflects on her [houston-country] roots, the history of black folks impact in country music, and the making of cowboy carter.

ultimately, she wanna snatch an emmy.

Why do y'all keep saying that the special is BTS footage!? :deadbanana2:

It's clearly not, and Bey's silence and her not posting anything yet and it nearly being a week is a clear indication imo that it's something much bigger. Especially considering that Netflix has already done ONE BTS special for her for homecoming, and Beyoncé AND Netflix have been on the same mindset about doing "brand new things". They wouldn't waste the quietness of this all and all that promo on some BTS footage.

It's either Tour, Visuals, or ACT III announcement imo lol.

Literally not sure why anyone thinks it's visuals when there's still an entire album left.

Sending them RWT isn't necessarily the same as creating original content for the service. We don't know the extent of the terms of the contract. And there is footage of her recording renaissance in the ren doc. That is the doc for that album.

I know you're being sarcastic but I'm sure they do. Reminder that Netflix passed on the ren visuals as a standalone film, so it's not like theyre just accepting anything she throws at them. clearly she had to create something they were satisfied with to fulfill the contract.

I don't want it to be true but I don't see how anyone is convinced it's anything but a tour when HDD said it is, and the CEO of LiveNation shared the teaser to his Instagram stories.

Hopefully we get something else with it, but I think it's definitely tour or residency related

i can also see her announcing a rodeo-theme residency.

Didn't Yvette say the first HDD report about a tour was false? That's why I'm not buying that, otherwise why deny it if it's true?

correct. it's become my duty to keep posting that here every other day.

I don't think Yvette would come out with a statement denying it if the only part of the rumor HDD got wrong was that she wouldn't announce the tour but rather the tour announcement date. that seems silly.

She basically told us "Look at that horse" and I don't see any connection between the horse and the tour
