It really just depends on play calls, timeouts, challenged plays, etc. my set list predictions: - 1 minute intro video (we know she loves a good introduction) - American Requiem - 16C - THE - Jolene (With Dolly + choir) - YAYA - RIIVERDANCE - II HANDS II HEAVEN - Amen 1
Kristie Kuwa Posted Thursday at 01:38 PM Posted Thursday at 01:38 PM It unheard of how INCREDIBLE American Requiem is gonna be as the opener now That truly will be such a statement, not only sonically but also lyrically. I hope the visuals will match the boldness and even elevate it. Let it be her Purple Rain moment 5

Kalmanta Posted Thursday at 02:51 PM Posted Thursday at 02:51 PM 20 minutes is absolutely massive, but I'm not surprised, NFL and Netflix are really going all in with the marketing for this. Some time ago I predicted the "I crossed those valleys…" part from Jolene to be the opener, but I don't think so anymore. She crammed a whole album into 16 minutes at the 2014 VMAs, and I bet she's trying to do that again. And then it just makes sense to open with American Requiem and close with Amen.

Bey is in the middle of this "wanting to be liked the public" and "not caring" I can see Dolly and Miley there to counteract the possibility of being booed for Jay news tbh. Non Americans underestimate football crowds and social media news, this is still risky imo. 2

Did Beychella with its 90 minutes drag on? Did RWT with its almost 3 hours drag on? Bey KNOWS how to deliver on stage. Shes gonna gag us Girl DO NOT gag me rn, it's too d*mn early in the morning. I guess from a regular GP perspective since I know they're gonna be fake dumb even tho I just KNOW they're gonna be gagged lmaooo!!!
mariposa Posted Thursday at 03:14 PM Posted Thursday at 03:14 PM She's going to close with SWEET HONEY BUCKIIN' (AMEN by the extension) with Shaboozey in tow. I've not gotten confirmation on a Bar Song (Tipsy) remix/interpolation yet

This is how it should be just like in the album. If she performs Jolene, I want only the orgasmic part that she added "I cross those valleys etc". 3

Since I'm in France, I think I'll have to wait until the day after, so the replay better be available on Netflix right after!! Edited Thursday at 03:43 PM by Tangane
Kristie Kuwa Posted Thursday at 03:51 PM Posted Thursday at 03:51 PM Closing with Amen also makes sense in the context of Christmas, so I think AR as the opener and Amen as the closer are the obvious choices here

Starshine Posted Thursday at 04:29 PM Posted Thursday at 04:29 PM now im excited seeing a once in a decade performance from her.. im still kinda worried I won't have a good view of her when the stage is likely facing the other direction.

The 20 min claim felt very loosely interpreted by the wording of the original statement of the average performing being 12-15 minutes. I think the higher end of that time frame was more or less what they meant by that statement, if not perhaps a minute or two longer
ScorpiosGroove Posted Thursday at 05:11 PM Posted Thursday at 05:11 PM i HATE yvette noel-shure. she's conniving. she's manipulative. and she ain't right !!! 1
