The last video that I honestly can remember that made an impact on music was 'Bad Romance'. this lie not even counting Lemonade (which has several daughters), we got stuff like Anaconda, Wrecking Ball, Thank U Next and such. there have been many remarkable videos since Gaga's heyday. I agree with everything else you said.

AMEN the act ii that got away. ngl, even tho it is hard to go against songs you've heard and loved, this would've made a much stronger album. ------- I do want to say that I am mostly chill because I loved the music and there are career highlights on CC for me, and now I am so over her antics (its been building up for years lets be honest) that it feels kinda... relaxed. She will deliver when she has to. I did want to say that I feel like CC was the album she sat the most with behind the scenes (cuz of the delay too) and that comment about the album being for the world now was giving me major, shes moved on with it vibes. Anyway... I am still excited for act - iii I know B always puts pressure on herself to deliver and continue growing and build her legacy, but the final act of any project (play, film, book etc.) is the damn FINAL act and I'm sure that pressure is major. It is the act that finishes this trilogy and ties it all together. Hope she truly sticks the landing. Can't wait to experience it in 2026! 1

This is kind of perfect, but I would keep My Rose and Desert Eagle because those two (with Flamenco) have some of the most interesting vocal work on the album being just 1 minute songs. I'd also would have Oh Louisiana being part of Ya Ya. 1
Burn Posted July 2 Posted July 2 the way we've all added every song @Devin cut back to the tracklist, making it 27 songs again. proof that EVERY song on this album is solid. 1
cuteboyzay Posted July 2 Posted July 2 Okay like I'm chill with us throwing lashings at Bey because she didn't promote Cowboy Carter. But I feel y'all are doing a little too much all because she didn't make this a blockbuster era. Had she promoted y'all wouldn't be acting like this. Like the way some of y'all are tryna make a shorter tracklist for the album because every other stanbase has convinced y'all that the album was "bloated". The album is literally amazing at the end of the day, but I feel y'all are only mad because the album isn't pulling streams like Eternal Sunshine or HMH&S. Idk, I feel at the end of the day she promised an album… and we got one lol.

There's no single song on the album I truly dislike. But, I think the quality control was lacking in the sense some of these are good songs but are not worthy of placement on what otherwise could've been a 10/10 album. 1

I am gonna run the visuals into the ground like I have done with 'BLACK IS KING' and 'HOMECOMING'. and Creole Lady Cowboy has yet to put the RENAISSANCE Film on streaming. We have so much coming.

Idk, I feel at the end of the day she promised an album… and we got one lol. • People are going to complain that Beyoncé hasn't done anything to promote this album because Beyoncé really hasn't done anything to promote this album. Of the last 11 years, she didn't promote in her traditional sense because she wanted her and her visuals to speak for themselves. She still did interviews, magazine cover story, televised performances, touring- something! This is the first time she literally hasn't done anything and communicated that she is not doing anything. It's not far fetched that fans are not happy with having absolutely nothing from her besides more things to purchase. She has never just done nothing for one of her commercial albums, it's okay that people are going bat **** crazy every 3 days. • The album is bloated. Not because the songs are good, but because she tacked together songs 4 years, some songs being recorded after the release was announced, and they do not all complement each other in one album. We've been stating this since the album dropped, no other Stan/fan base can make me believe this, as a final product, is good or bad. • Some fans believe this is her best album, some believe it's her worst album. Some fans feel the album could've been threaded together better, some fans feel some songs should've never been included. No matter who thinks what, some of these songs are the most commercial, hit out the gate songs she's recorded since 2008. There's at least 4 #1 singles on RENI & COWBOY and those songs & the albums could've pulled blockbuster numbers back to back, but that doesn't change the quality of the album. I don't think ppl are asking for months and months of promotion in a serious manner. She's been in the music business since she was 14/15 and was a pageant girl before she was 10, she's probably tired of the industry as a whole. Fans are asking to have something to complete the fan fair relationship. She's done so without having to lift a finger before through visuals, interviews from PK, those pretentious videos she used to post on YouTube, coffee table books, whatever. The 'enjoy the music, the visuals are coming' doesn't really work after 1 installments of a 3 installment project where nothing is happening. 3
Draper. Posted July 2 Posted July 2 I mean, the visuals for the three albums have the potential to be one of the most iconic pop events of the decade. But she'll find the way to make it just a fan experience that no one else finds out about somehow. 1 4

I think they take place in the same universe. The car she's driving in the CC/TXH trailer license plate says THIQUE. The red cover with the I'M THAT GIRL license plate in on a children's book in "PROTECTOR" lyric video. Even "DELRESTO" plays in huge part in the lyrical storytelling and single cover Easter eggs without being her single or on her album. The lyric video for "AMEN" showing a set previewed in the ITG teaser, the last quarter of CC runs straight into RENI ( which plays into why act III isn't a rock album).
Chris Posted July 2 Posted July 2 To think she wanted to do CC first instead of Renaissance. Like imagine a world without the Renaissance Tour.
