At this point should we just spam Parkwood IG with negative comments about their "founder"?

Can she hurry it up and get this Fartville thing over with? I wonder if she thinks playing Wally and blues clues is a way to keep the momentum going… ooh ohh we've got news for you!

I dont blame streaming services not paying her as much as she wants them to - aint barely no one gonna watch it 2 weeks after release

She can be happy if she gets another successful first week in the future

Promoyoncé at it again I see with her latest Instagram post and Tyrant playing in the back.

I bet in her mind she has performed Texas, Leviis, Bodyguard and Tyrant now because her team hit the lil music icon when creating her post.

To show how much we're in the trenches, at least she uses her own music in her IG Reels/Videos these days.

That's not happening this year tho, and I don't know if people will be so willing to spend the coin for it next year.

They aren't. Look at what Ariana's WCBF did for her album. It wouldn't be doing double of CC's streams today if it wasn't for that video.

:giraffe:

and yet it hasn't even crossed 100M views in almost 3 months.

She had Cuff It keeping her name out there and her last solo tour before that was before covid, 6 years prior to it. The situation was not nearly the same.

Cowboy Carter came and went, as of now. She messed up the physical release with a different version of the album, with a different title and a different cover. She tried to sell it as an exclusive web version (with a bonus track!) and when she saw that she was not selling enough, it became available everywhere. She still doesn't have a proper photoshoot for the album. The whole thing seems rushed. That hurts her brand. Not the lack of promotion, that we know and it's part of her brand; but the lack of professionalism in the release. It has no excuse and her doing more promotion of her haircare products and updating beenboring doesn't help at all. :michael:

In my decades of stanning Beyonce (we are talking DC days), I've never been as unmotivated to listen to her music as im now. I don't listen to any of her songs atm cause im just so very tired of the mere thought of her.

People might say "well then unstan her and get moving", but the bigger question should be - how can it be that such a devoted stan loses interest in someone like that? How does that happen?

And the answer to that lies all in Beys and Parkwoods ballpark. They literally make it a CHORE to be a fan of her. Every rollout worse than the one before. Inexcusable physical situation this go around, chopped off songs like Ya Ya that end in the middle of a RUN, no content - what is this? Elementary school of releasing an album?

You cant move ur lips and let ur voice be heard singing for a few thousands here and there because? What bad could actually happen? People saying u sing too much? The greatest performer sings too much?

What? And then the whole "a Queen moves at her own pace" shtick - yes and the world is moving at a fast pace and heading towards WW III while u are doing what?

Its just nonsense. The brand, the singer Beyonce as a commercial artist, is nonsense and inexcusable at this point.

Thats how bad the situation is. Shes doing worse than BEFORE CC soon - let that sink in. And it's not due to a scandal, or sth of that sort. Its just plain old disinterest, which is the worst that can happen in the entertainment industry. U becoming irrelevant

When she starts promoting CC in a year :jonnycat:

I don't want no boring a** movie full of fake a** poetry and "hidden" gems.

Every since she credited us with naming her album 4, and the album "underperformed," she has been acting like a total B***H towards her fans. She's upset with us because we did not make Homecoming, The Gift, and Eerything Is Love #1. B****, we told you not to do an album with Jay-Z. She also released her music in the middle of the week, messing up her debut-week sales.

I was fighting like an Avenger fighting Thanos for her this era, but she's... tired.

Nobody cares about any of this stuff.

yall always do these doomsday, sky is falling routine whenever things aren't going your way. nothing about a #1, critically acclaimed album and global smash hit single is "damaging" to her brand. especially when this album is already doing better than Renaissance when that was a hit album itself. lets come back to the real world and get real.

i understand yall are bored & aren't getting fed but all this flip flopping routine b/c she isnt checking the marks on your stan expectation card is a joke. maybe letting go IS for the best for some of you.

saying you're not "motivated" to listen to her music because of lack of promo makes zero sense as a stan :suburban:

After the abysmal post-album era of renaissance (teased visuals leading to nothing, tiffany campaign, dubai performance for billionaires, late tour announcement) i'm a little confused as to what you guys expected after CC came out?? You should have known she was going to do nothing for a while, that's just how she is. we'll hear from her in a couple months. Until then stream the album and stop the dramatics

No one but the fans knows or cares about any of this though for it to "hurt her brand".

This era does feel more boring than RENAISSANCE but we are also looking backwards at it while being still in the COUNTRY CARTER era. It's been 1.5 months. CUFF IT wasn't even named a single yet in the RENAISSANCE timeline.

We need him in the booth with our favé for act iii

love that for you and agree! ever since their performance for Stevie I've been in awe of him.

also she really DOES rock out a lot on stage, I kinda feel like when she does tour for act iii it's gonna be so bombastic we won't even be able to handle it.

And it's the fans she needs to take care of. I don't care about her relationship with the GP, I care about her relationship with the fans. :michael:

And it's Cowboy Carter, not Country Carter. Seems like I'm not the only one not caring about it anymore.

In all honesty I don't stream the album very much anymore, less because we don't have videos or performances or a photoshoot, more just because unlike RENAISSANCE, COWBOY CARTER isn't really a replay album per se. When you re-start it, you have to make the journey you just made or be bothered to skip several songs until you get to BODYGUARD where things start picking up.

It would be kind of interesting to know how things would fare if the order was reversed as intended, if CC came first and prepped her streaming for REN to then come and shine with a bigger listener base and being an album better suited to streaming in full, over and over.

BUT...Beyoncé honestly doesn't seem to care if her music is streamed a lot or a little. We saw the little she did for every album since 4, with an ever decreasing amount of promo so I do think at this point if we are needing promo to keep us entertained, you should look to some other lil fave to fulfil that, because Beyoncé isn't that girl. She's firmly in her legends phase except unlike most in that situation (nearly 30 years into a career), her music is actually culturally relevant still and she's actually increasing her artistic sensibilities rather than plateauing.

I have no doubt that there are more surprises in store, but clearly she's not rushing to release them.
