Burn Posted April 13 Posted April 13 Maybe she has a 10 year plan for the acts. If she spreads the music out over 6 years (2022-2028) we'll hopefully get the live albums and visuals between 2029-2032.

jane Posted April 13 Posted April 13 Bey told the staff that standard vinyls are coming soon. Something must have went wrong or Bey changed the final Tracklist last minute after some went in production. The Vinyls with the main cover are so cool, she should continue to sign them for fans in different states.

DIL is too sentimental. IASF, she was having the time of her life. 4 is her "fave" Renaissance brought her joy. CC is her "best" so it's between Bidet, ST and Lemonade. I will go for Lemonade because when you reveal so much, you will never be sure whether or not you've made the right decision, and also because I think it's the album she would want to tweak the most. She was working until the very last second 1

Associate with Bey and you become a winner. Shaboozey is also completely indy, self funded and everything. No label holding him and i feel RocNation or maybe even Parkwood will make a move on him. He has real talent too.
Cbreezy Posted April 13 Posted April 13 (edited) Not sure if covered already, but this is so intriguing to me (for reasons I'll say in a sec): While we know Bey was navigating a knee injury/surgery, reading Fatima's remarks in the context of the surgery, makes it even more insightful when it comes to the RWT overall. Cus Fatima is saying a lot without saying it all verbatim. The caution/lack of movement in the early RWT shows, the pivot to launching with ballads (which IMO was just as much a "creative" choice as it was one designed to ease her back onto stage given the injury), and the broader issues that plagued her idols that she smartly wants to avoid. I get the impression Bey all at once wants to a) still perform to a high level, but embrace her humanity/limits for a longer career run and b) tweak her overall performance style (again for more longevity). I'm really intrigued about her next tour, which won't have the injury angle nor the initial rust, but will still (I imagine) continue with this pivot. Especially if Fatima is permanently in the mix. RWT from the middle of the Europe run (Paris, London) through to the US shows was phenomenal. She'd shaken off the rust, was way more agile, added loads of subtle touches, and leaned way more into the "Sasha" character. The last bit is something that will serve her well if continuing down this avenue of not going all-out with choreo as much. Saying all of this, as someone who was drawn to the ferocity of Bey as a performer from day 1, I actually hope there's a way to dial the energy UP a notch from RWT. It was a great welcome back, her best tour in many regards, and she gets all the props for pushing through the initial pain, but Imma need more of what she gave with Alien, Cozy, Crazy In Love etc and less of the ridiculousness of her sitting out Virgo or standing still for those initial Heated performances. A body roll here and there won't hurt nobody lol. The Move performance and the sprinkled in choreo with Energy are the perfect examples of how minimal movement (but movement nonetheless) can still work to great effect. Similarly, while the BMS and Cuff It sections "worked", I STILL feel a way about her biggest UPTEMPOS in years from her DANCE album ultimately featured next to no DANCING on the tour. Cuff It definitely evolved over the course of the RWT, but her telling us to "buss it buss it" while standing still was...a choice. In short (lol), I'll gladly take another ballad opening (hell, an even longer one) if she amps up the energy and choreo over the rest of the show. Edited April 13 by Cbreezy 3
