also DIXSON, RAYE, and other collaborators she was working with during The Gift/Be Alive are on this album.

definitely makes sense that this came first for her. she's been working on it for so long

This album is so breathtaking. It will probably take me months to process this project.

Makes you wonder about this publications dropping reviews after barely sitting with it

Sorry if AP but I went to the f.y.e. by my house this morning and they don't even have this in their system/they aren't expecting to receive any CD's or vinyl (which the manager I talked to thought was odd since they had a ton of Renaissance stuff come in)

Do we have any confirmation that Target is going to have this eventually or is it all speculation at this point

That's kind of the point of reviews. It should be what you felt and thought about it the first time you listened to it. You haven't built a bias yet. You haven't gotten used to the record yet. It hasn't grown on you yet. It's the most objective one will ever be.

Im starting to think my Beyonce album trinity will be the 3 acts one day if she keeps outdoing herself like this.

Its like she was training her entire career up until Black Parade / Lion King soundtrack for this trilogy. I don't know how to say it differently.

This album is by far her strongest work. I'm just truly floored at the enormity of this woman's imagination

Ya Ya ends while she's still singing. The track proper doesn't "finish" on its own (although the transition into Louisiana is seamless). Even the lyric video on YT just ends abruptly in the middle of her vocal. It's triggering my OCD something fierce and idk how it didn't trigger hers

I was already thinking the album would become my most played of hers from songs like Bodyguard and Alligator Tears and then the Linda Martell Show kicked in my god. Like good god :jonny:

And she's always been one of the absolute best at layering and stacking and arranging but she's still getting better at it and developing her unique sound further? The entire section of Riiverdance onward is just a choir of herself and is just the best sound ever....like her signature sound is just the sound of heaven itself :weeps:

Blackbird being so high on ITunes and AM, yet people want it erased. And no, its not just because of placement because its far ahead of American Requiem.

Quality ALWAYS wins

II Most Wanted is her best female collab.
