I think it’s quite genius what Beyonce is doing by using the moon for her imagery. Symbolically, the moon never stays the same it’s always changing forms and cycles, it is actually a metaphor on how life is a constant changing cycle, we are never the same person. By using the waning gibbous moon on tour, that symbolically represents gratitude and giving thanks which she constantly reiterates.

The new parfum represents an eclipse, meaning she is purposefully blocking the sun, to represent her giving us a dark future, nothingness, visual-less, a bleak, depressing era. We also see this represented in Ivy Noir and the use of black, capturing her rotten soul and heart corrupted by capitalism. As the earth tilts on its axis we have to wait for winter to go by and allow for spring to emerge, new beginnings means new life. Act ii and the visuals WILL be dropping in April, that’s what the smoke in my crack pipe told me.

I will say that the Church Girl performance really hit it’s stride in the Houston shows where she wore the sequin boots and actually moved and worked the camera. It gave the

performance the life it really was needing. Wish she would’ve performed it like that the whole time.

im biased and feel like KC had the best one - obviously she had like the entire rest of the tour to find her stride, but idk something about her energy that night really made Church Girl pop and made the message really click

Why would she do rock in rio when she could fill up a stadium in rio multiple times over? It makes no sense to do that. The only way I see her doing festivals from now on is if she’s not on tour and doing it as a comeback after hiatus like Coachella
