Scream over would ruin her vocal chords

She could tone it down, like this little girl did.

I'm a little north of Baltimore, and there's rain, thunder and lightning.  And it's not going to end anytime soon.

Speaking of presidential. Beyoncé’s best stand there in place and sing performance was At Last at Obamas first dance. Yes better than Listen on the Oprah show. This vocal performance felt so magical then and it feels more magical now knowing the state this country is in. There was such a strong energy of togetherness in that room. One of the best moments in AMERICAN history and I hate that everyone forgot it happened.

then after that performance was her best interview of all time. She didn’t sound robotic or rehearsed and she cried real genuine uncontrollable tears. It feels like the only time we got to see the true Beyoncé in public. And this is the best version of Beyoncé. When she isn’t overthinking what to say. WATCH IT NOW AND AGREE WITH ME.

The fact that I was an eight year old European boy when this happened and I still remember where I was when Obama was elected. I haven’t realized that until now. That big of a deal it was that it ended up engraved in my memory. No wonder she was that emotional. I’m so happy for her being able to celebrate that night. I hope it will be like that again

since we're stating controversial opinions...are we ready to admit...

Spoiler

I Am World Tour is hands down her weakest tour in hindsight. :katie: It was a watered down TBE 2.0 rehash that wasn't as good...ugly costumes (besides the gold)...Mrs Carter Show came next & easily blew it out the water.

she turned it into an actual SONG...there's no lyrics or vocals there.

Like someone else said PDF already has vocals and dance/electronic songs like it are already complete songs. But she made them sound great live; every performance from 2013 onwards was LIT

Someone in a recent thread here said IAWT was her peak in terms of dancing and vocals :ahh: more like it’s her worst

Not too much on the I Am tour, it gave us one of Beyoncé's most iconic moments on tour.

The tour peaked that night :clap3:

Imagine how many iconic moments from her on tour we’ve missed because we don’t have any footage

nnn the way she’s got me looking up phone lens attachments to make sure whatever moments i manage to capture are CRISP and not defeated by the digital zoom :dies:

my venue doesn’t say anything about not allowing them, so I’m tempted lmao

Best Thing I Never Had is not a fave but it's ok enough. I'd say even Run the World aged worse than BTINH, actually :coffee:

No I WAS HERE slander will be tolerated :-*

Even though it does sound like it could easily fit on the dated IASF :gaycat7:

seeing some good things about MOMENT lenses so far, but it’s like a whole system (lens + case + mount I think) so I’m gonna research more tomorrow. I know there are plenty of lil cheapy ones but I also want it for other use and have thought about it now and then - Bey is just kinda like the catalyst for finally diving into it

songs don't need to have lyrics or vocals... which also doesn't apply here because Pon de Floor does feature some vocals.

Run the World's main issue for me these days is just that it sounds so extremely dated. it came out in 2011 sampling a 2009 song, so it's stuck in a very specific time period. the lyrical content doesn't help with it either — Beyoncé's expression of feminism has evolved quite a bit since then.

it's a classic and an anthem, and the choreo is iconic as well. but let's call it what it is!

Agreed 100% and THE VIDEO saved it!!!

We were desperate for new Bey music at the time but the song was meh and Pon De Floor was already good as an instrumental.

End of Time was the lead single and HIT that got away :gaycat7:

I feel like we are going to get more rain delays. August and September are just too risky for stadiums. The Texas and Florida shows in particular could be in danger. Hopefully everything goes well.

Also her high heels tonight with the rain? The nepo stylist wants to kill her :dies:
