Remmy Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 Stupid Love and Under My Influence Both are great! SL is overhated and has been a bop since day 1.
potent Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 Honestly not huge on anything this set, Boyfriend was ok I guess Maybe let me check out The Aces
Sunderland 4ever Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 Stupid Love Not a TV show about Forky
prézli Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 The Aces Mabel won at the BRITs, but she's so on Jess Glynne's level (she's not more than just a radios artist).
Kevin2803 Posted December 20, 2020 Author Posted December 20, 2020 (edited) Top 100 Singles Top 100 Albums Top 50 TV Shows Literally no one asked for another TWD Spin-Off, but we got one anyway with "The Walking Dead: World Beyond", which only picked up the pace in the last two episodes. Too little, too late. "Fuller House" finally came to an end. It was cute for a while, but i am glad that it's over. I obviously love the concept of "The Twilight Zone", but the episodes were pretty hit or miss. And "Riverdale" is just a mess. But it's my mess. Top 50 Movies (Cinema) Although we live in a pandemic, i feel very blessed that i was still able to watch fifty movies in the movie theater this year. But obviously not every movie was good, so here we have my flop 3. I love the first three american Grudge movies, but the new "The Grudge" movie failed miserably and barely felt like it belonged to the franchise. It's like they wanted to recreate the first one and forgot that it's not 2004 anymore. Movies like "I Still Believe" usually work for me, but this "The Fault In Our Stars" rip-off lacks soul and depth. The religious undertones were annoying and K.J. Apa just doesn't have the range to lead a movie. And "Brahms: The Boy II" could've been decent, if it wouldn't have completely destroyed everything that made the original so great. TalkThatRihanna Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 Romance is honestly a good album, glad to see it getting recognition
TheWayWeWere Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 DSN Romance has some cute moments Songs for You
Remmy Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 Fear of Being Alone/Don't Start Now + Songs for You/After Hours both side-by-side We love all 4! But both pairs also have people I hate directly above them Oh wow at you still seeing 50 movies in theaters this year, wish I could relate... then again there wouldn't have been 50 good movies available for me to watch even during a normal year. The last one I saw was Jumanji in January and it was just okay.
Bubble Tea Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 I forgot a new Grudge came out. Not surprised they butchered it. Ugh that poor franchise has been really dragged across the coals undeservedly - the originals are SO good and so are the first two American re-makes. But alas, it's now being butchered.
Ewan Chaos Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Quote Was that your list where Lauv was number one of the flop albums? Wow #19 is talent, Don't Start Now for songs and After Hours for The Weeknd. We love to see it!
kiiwii Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 the aces' album + the weeknd & tinashe! who's laughing now & don't start now also, i'm pleasantly surprised to see cyn here!! drinks wasn't a favorite of mine, but i like a lot of her other songs.
Kevin2803 Posted December 21, 2020 Author Posted December 21, 2020 Top 100 Singles Top 100 Albums Top 50 TV Shows "The Stranger" was a cute, little horror show, but not very memorable. "Evil" would be way higher, but only the last three episodes count for this list and they weren't enough to justify a higher position. This wasn't the worst season of "13 Reasons Why", but it had many, many problems. And Lucy Hale's "Katy Keene" wasn't a masterpiece, but definitely served more quality than "Riverdale". Top 50 Movies (Cinema) I started to get emotionally invested in the storyline of "Dark Waters" in the second half, but the first half was pretty dull and boring. "The Vigil" was pretty basic and a mash-up of every Blumhouse horror movie in recent years. I liked the atmosphere, but it had one of the most anticlimactic endings of the year and the score was... a choice. "The Song of Names" is a well-crafted movie, but it just doesn't have anything that stands out and isn't very memorable. Jonah Hauer-King is a snack tho and i found out afterwards that he is supposed to play Prince Eric in "The Little Mermaid", which is a perfect choice.
