It's gonna do around 125-150K first week.

The predictions going from 250K to 220K to 200K to 150K this morning and now 125K :deadbanana4:

with all the payola, will this song even be profitable? :hoetenks:

You think ME! costs a lot? That's so much of a compliment for such a tragic song :deadbanana4:

Is it possible she wasn’t teasing at all? I think so.

I feel like one of the biggest issues she has is that there’s this idea she leaves clues, hints in everything she does. She said it herself “You will be the first to know”

You can't spell me too without ME!

OT: Considering how terrible this song is she still managed to sell.

That’s not answering the question!

TBH this is roughly what I expected even before I heard the song. You guys are underestimate what the end of the week numbers will be though, I think it should still do 150k or so.

Also people acting like the sales market is the same as in 2017... When Look What You Made Me Do came out you needed 30k sales to make the weekly top 10, now you only need 15k. Streaming was already dominant and sales were already **** in 2017 but that doesn't mean they didn't become twice as **** since. I'm sure a lot of her fans were still holding out from streaming back in 2017 since her discography wasn't on there but then they jumped on board in the last two years.

So sales are fine. It's the streaming that I'm concerned about, I don't think this was as good as her previous lead singles and it's like the opposite kind of sound that streaming audiences are into. Pop can still do well on streaming, but this is like the worst sub-genre of pop for streaming audiences.

Have you heard the song? :skull:

If Taylor did not release this, it won't even touch half of it.

the song is a bop, the hey kids spelling is fun puts a downer on things but other than that it's better than lwymmd

in fact it's her trying to be edgy/dark with lwymmd why she is in this mess, she lost a key demographic by going dark

LOOK reinvented her. It had shock value at the time of its release.

ME! just gave the critics another reason to call her juvenile... She's done better. These sales are not even deserved for this kind of song.
