So, let me tell you all a story about how the official Katy Perry Discord is doing an amazing job at driving away the few fans she has left. Because, you know, it's not like she's already struggling with public perception or anything. Months ago, I was banned for 'spam' after sharing a link of a tweet. No warning, no chance to correct my mistake, just a straight-up ban. Fine. I tried appealing, explained my situation, even shared how much Katy means to me and how this has affected me personally, but they couldn't care less. Their response? Cold, dismissive, and heartless. And here's the worst part: I have been very open about my personal struggles, including severe depression. I told them, multiple times, that Katy's music was one of the few things keeping me going, yet they still refused to show even the slightest bit of empathy. Instead of reconsidering, they gave me the cold responses over and over again, like "All bans are final. Respect our server rules." Meanwhile, the server itself is barely active outside of a few die-hard stans, and instead of fostering a welcoming community, the mods are more focused on gatekeeping and banning fans who actually care. This is how they treat people who have supported Katy through everything? No wonder her fandom is shrinking. I'm sorry because I've been listening her for over a decade, I've followed every single event of the 143 era despite everything, and this is the treatment I get. The server may be kinda inactive, but with the tour coming up and potential activities like raffles for M&G (they did it on the old KP forum), I'm really disappointed to be left out because of those shitty people. I really want to spread the word about how bad this situation is, not just to the Kats but also to other fandoms. If you can help me get this story out there, I would really appreciate it.
